What do you get for your money?

Hire of Equipment - the allotment society has a petrol strimmer and rotivator that members can hire for a small donation.

Use of society greenhouse - as a member you can use the greenhouse situated next to the club house free of charge. Plants should be marked clearly with your plot number.

Use of Skip -the society routinely arranges for a large skip to be placed on site for members use.

Social events - the society arranges 4 social events throughout the growing year, May, August, October and Bonfire night. Members and their families can enjoy a free barbeque.

Purchasing opportunities - as a member of the society you have the opportunity to purchase second hand tools, sheds and greenhouses all donated to the society. At our May social event members have the opportunity to purchase plants and seeds for a small donation to the society.

Competitions - the society hold a number of competitions throughout the growing season for members including, longest runner bean, heaviest pumpkin, longest leek, heaviest marrow.
